'I'm prepared to go to prison': New Jersey Man who has been flying Donald Trump campaign flags in his front yard could now face JAIL

A New Jersey man is facing a $2,000 fine or possible jail time for flying two pro-Donald Trump flags in his front yard since earlier this year.

Joe Hornick has been flying Trump's 'Make America Great Again' flags outside his West Long Branch home since February.

The house is right near the Monmouth University campus.

However he recently received a ticket citing him for illegally posting political signage more than 30 days before an election.

It was a strange and unexpected voicemail message left on my office telephone at the Washington Post, where I worked at the time as a staff writer—a blast from the past, the voice of a childhood friend.

Can you please explain why AAP should not be deemed as a political party playing divisive politics and anti-national activities based on the following? Let us talk about facts rather than PhD' s in honesty.

1. AAP is
supporting the Khap Panchayats in Haryana. Why does the AAP not respect the Supreme Court verdict declaring Khaps as unconstitutional? Is the AAP not aware that Khaps ask women to be abused, rapists to married off to victims, brothers to be married off to sisters etc. Is the not AAP anti-women?

2. In the recent Delhi elections, Kejriwal visited and solicited votes from a Muslim cleric - Taufiq Aqueer or something - this character had issued a fatwa ordering the hands and legs of a Muslim woman author to be cut off because she was a liberal Muslim. This person is now a member of AAP. For a party advocating clean politics, should this person have been given membership?

3. Binayak Sen, a member of AAP is a convicted criminal having links with naxalites who plan to overthrow the Indian constitution. This person is is a head of their Police reforms committee. A criminal is now going to recommend Police reforms!

4. Kamal Mitra Chenoy, an AAP member, recently give a speech - that all the militant groups in Kashmir should all unite and fight the Indian State. He also seemed to sympathize with the killing of Osama Bin Laden in a tweet. He also considers Afzal Guru - a man convicted by each court in India including the Supreme Court, as "innocent". He is now a visible spokesperson on their TV debates.

5. Prashant Bhushan has advocated independence of Kashmir which goes against the foreign policy doctrine of India for the last 65 years.

6. Even Kejriwal's recent outburst to ask the Police to join the protest and disregard India's republic day smacks of anti-nationalism. In all probability he will be charged with a case of sedition - esp since he took a vow to protect the Indian constitution.

7. During the Anna movement, Kerjriwal brought down a few Bharat Mata ki Jay posters only because it offended a few isolated Muslims. What exactly was offensive about Bharat Mata ki Jay?
This is a party filled with an anti-national top leadership but disguising itself as a party that is anti-corruption.

I see. Personal opinions? But the party needs to say that! That this is not party's opinion. Let AAP or Kejriwal clarify that this is personal opinion of Yadav. Until it is said, they will remain the views of the party especially since Yogendra Yadav is No.2 man in the party.

Madhu Bhaduri had differences right from the beginning apparently. Do you think AAP is so perfect that whoever goes against them is WRONG? Stop being so snobbish and get yourselves a reality checks AAP supporters.

Gary Kubiakb Houston Texans coach on Field collapse

Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak, 52, collapsed as he was walking off the field.As the 52-year-old coach headed back to the locker room with his side leading at the half-time break, he collapsed forward by the 20-yard line at Reliant Stadium.

A TV replay of Kubiak’s fall showed the coach grimacing in pain while personnel surrounded him. Kubiak remained on the ground several minutes before being wheeled into the northwest tunnel of Reliant.

Kubiak is the second Houston professional coach in the last 14 years to collapse during a game. In 1999, Astros manager Larry Dierker collapsed in the Astrodome dugout with a grand mal seizure and underwent surgery to repair a ruptured arteriovenous malformation, a tangle of malformed blood vessels in his brain.

Kubiak has participated in six Super Bowls, losing three as a player with the Denver Broncos and winning three as an assistant coach with Denver and the San Francisco 49ers.

  

Coaching career

Kubiak began his coaching career at Texas , serving as the running backs coach for two seasons (1992–1993). He worked extensively with All-American running back Greg Hill, who was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the first round of the 1994 draft.

Kubiak won his first Super Bowl serving as the quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers in 1994,guiding Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young to one of his best seasons.

Kubiak was named the second head coach in Houston Texans history on January 26, 2006, replacing the fired Dom Capers Kubiak and his wife, Rhonda, have three sons, Klint, Klay, and Klein. Klint will serve as quality-control coach at Texas A&M. 2005-2009 Klay was a quarterback at Colorado State. Klein is a senior wide receiver at Rice.

North Korea The Moment of Explosion Today or Tomorrow

Tensions have escalated between North and South Korea in recent weeks. The communist North has vowed to increase production of nuclear weapons materials, and threatened a pre-emptive strike against the U.S.

North Korea dramatically escalated its warlike rhetoric on Thursday, warning that it had authorised plans for nuclear strikes on targets in the United States.“The moment of explosion is approaching fast,” the North Korean military said, warning that war could break out “today or tomorrow”.

Pyongyang’s latest pronouncement came as Washington scrambled to reinforce its Pacific missile defences, preparing to send ground-based interceptors to Guam and dispatching two Aegis class destroyers to the region."South Korean and US intelligence authorities have obtained indications the North has moved an object that appears to be a mid-range missile to the east coast," the agency said citing a South Korean government source. The missile is believed to be a mid-range Musudan missile, with a reach of some 3,000 km or more.

Pentagon Press Secretary told reporters that “test flights” of certain missile systems could now be possible. While the range of the road-mobile KN-08 is suggested to be between 4,000 – 5,000km, it is uncertain whether the missile is in operational capacity with the North Korean military.

This threat is the latest in a series of provocations which include the declaration of a renewed state of war between the Koreas, an announced restarting of the Yongbyon reactor, live-fire exercises featuring targets that depict U.S. soldiers, and a closing of a joint Korean industrial complex along the border.

There was no immediate American reaction to the North’s latest statement, but US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said Pyongyang represented a “real and clear danger” to the United States and to its allies South Korea and Japan.

China, the North’s sole major ally, appealed for “calm” from all sides and Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov said he was worried that the situation could spiral out of control.
